All appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person at our studio. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for bridal and event services. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation message detailing your appointment date, time, and selected services. Please review this information carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes. Your appointment is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from our team.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to compensate our stylists and makeup artists for their reserved time. Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. Our team values your time and requests the same consideration for ours.
Service prices are listed on our website and may vary based on the stylist, artist, or specific requirements of your booking. Payments can be made through cash, UPI, or card at our studio. For bridal and large group bookings, an advance deposit may be required to secure your slot, which will be adjusted against your final bill. All payments must be settled in full upon completion of the services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful may result in the termination of services without refund.
